Commencement Of A Project
AGMAMI.com requires a ' Purchase Order Number ' from the client before undertaking any work. This should be undersigned by the responsible person indicating their company name, the company address, their position within the company, the date of the order, a precise description of the work required and the quotation as agreed with AGMAMI.com beforehand.
This may be faxed, emailed or posted to us.
AGMAMI.com Translations
AGMAMI.com accepts no responsibility for any 'Consequential Losses' sustained as a result of our Translations. We will 'only translate' the original text literally and no losses sustained as a result of its use by the client or third party will be entertained.
AGMAMI.com Proof Reading
We will Proof Read original text sent to us by the client and offer recommendations for corrections or refinements. No 'Consequential Losses' sustained as a result of its use by the client or third party will be entertained by AGMAMI.com.
AGMAMI.com Tuition
The cost of AGMAMI.com Tuition includes Course Text Material, Flash Cards, Flash Slideshows and MP3 Audio Files. Students are requested to bring a USB Flash Pen to which the course material will be loaded on to after each lesson.
Course material will be sent as an Email Attachment for Internet Students.

Cancellation Of A Classroom Lesson
In the interest of fairness AGMAMI.com requires a cancellation period of 'up to 18-00 CET the working day before the lesson' was due to take place. Otherwise the company or individual will be liable for the full cost of the lesson agreed.
The Payment Method
Payment may be made by normal bank transfer. We will indicate our bank details on your invoice. Terms are 30 days nett.
We accept the credit and debit cards below in payment through PayPal. Please contact us at the time of your order for our PayPal Account details.
Internet Courses must be paid for in advance prior to the start of the course and Private Lessons are payable in cash at the end of each lesson.

The turnaround times for Translations and Multimedia projects will be agreed upon before the work commences.
The turnaround times for our English Proof Reading Service are between 24 / 48 hours depending upon the amount to proof read. A Sameday Service is available at a premium, please enquire as to the cost and availability.
