I have worked for manufacturing and distributor companies internationally and nationally with a track of success, exceeding objectives and goals on a regular basis, a real manager.

My basic philosophy of sales management is balancing TASK, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT and TEAM DEVELOPMENT. Providing guidance and maintaining communication are the fundamentals of man management that have enabled me to be successful in achieving my company’s goals. Committing to what I say I will do and transferring that, can do, work ethic and accountability through the company.
