Getting Help
Please note that we have made some assumptions for your usage of the course material :- ie that you have the appropriate common progammes installed on your computer and that you have a printer attached to it and speakers to listen to the audio files.

The following notes may help you if you have a problem.

Audio Files
We have used basic MP3 files which may be opened in ITunes, Windows Media Player, Quicktime, Jet Audio, iLife and many other audio programmes. Visit the Apple Website to download iTunes.

Adobe Flash Files
You may need to download the Free Adobe Flash Player to view the Flash Slideshow files for your computer platform. Visit the Adobe Website to download the Flash Player.

Adobe Acrobat Reader Files
If you wish to view the course files using Adobe Acrobat's PDF ( Portable Document Format ) files for your computer platform you may need to download the Free Acrobat Reader Player. Visit the Adobe Website to download the Acrobat Reader Player.
